HDD Recovery: Shipping Information

To send us your damaged drive, please use original packaging when possible. Enclose each drive in a ESD (electrostatic) bag. If packaging more then one drive, use a separate container for each drive. Enclose the static-protected drive(s) inside of a plastic protective case (see images). Multiple drives in a single box must be separated with padding. DO NOT USE foam packing pellets, bubble wrap, or newspaper.

HDD Recovery is not responsible for any damage that happens during shipping. Please be sure to carefully pack your hard drive. If you need any additional help please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
